SAFETY PLAN & PROCEDURES (Updated September 9, 2020)

As you look over the following documents we hope you realize how much thought and care we put into these plans in order to serve our families.

If you are looking into Word of Life as an option for your student(s), please know we do all that we can to always serve the Lord and serve our families.

One thing we do want to keep in mind is that these plans are fluid.  There could be changes in the recommendations tomorrow, next week, or the day before the first day of school, and we must be aware and prepared for that possibility.  In addition, these plans are based on what we felt was best for the health and well-being of all of our students and staff.

  1. K-8 Re-Opening Plan and Procedures: This document indicates two levels of COVID-19 severity and the operations of the school in each.  We are currently planning to open under the procedures for “Level of Concern:  Low to Moderate Spread”.
  2. Preschool Procedures: This document explains the procedures in place at our PreK campuses (Timothy and St. Lucas).
  3. Remote Learning Plan (Option for K-8th Grade Students): As we know some families within our community may need or desire to have their children continue school from home, we have created a plan for this to happen alongside our Traditional In-School Model of instruction. This document more thoroughly describes this option.  However, parents must apply and agree to the plans and expectations.

Our prayers continue to be that we continue to have a great start to our school year!
